One-to-one therapy,shaped around you
A space to slow down, speak freely, and begin making sense of what you are carrying — at a pace that feels right for you.
This is ongoing therapeutic work shaped around your needs, your story, and the way you make meaning of your experience.
Therapy that meets youwhere you are
Counselling and psychotherapy offer a dedicated space — separate from the rest of everyday life — to slow down, reflect, and attend to what may be happening beneath the surface.
It is not about being told what to do or having your problems solved. It is about being genuinely heard, and supported to find your own way forward.
Therapy can help you to:
Therapy is shaped around your own meanings, values, and beliefs. This may include your cultural background, spiritual or faith perspectives, family and relational values, and personal understanding of healing and change.
We work together to understand what matters most to you, and how that can support your healing and growth. The process is collaborative, respectful, and guided by what feels right for you.
Is this the rightfit for you?
This may be a good fit if you are looking for short-term or open-ended support, rather than a one-off session.
It may be especially helpful if you are carrying something that needs time, care, and space to unfold — whether that relates to trauma, anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, identity, cultural or intergenerational experiences, or simply a sense that something no longer feels sustainable.
You do not need to have the right words for what you are feeling. You only need a sense that something matters, and that you would like support in exploring it.

Fees vary depending on the type of session and your circumstances. Several fee structures are available — visit the Fees page for full details.
Your journey from first contactto ongoing work
Starting therapy can feel uncertain. Here is what the process looks like, step by step, so you know what to expect.
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation by phone or video. You can share a little about what has brought you here, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether we might be the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.
If we both feel comfortable moving forward, we begin with an initial session. This is a gentle, exploratory space — not an interrogation. We talk about what has brought you to therapy, what feels important right now, and what you may be hoping for from the work.
From there, we think together about what kind of support may be most helpful — including frequency, pace, and the general direction of the work. This is a collaborative conversation, not something prescribed for you.
Sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly, at a consistent time. The regularity of the space can itself feel containing and supportive. Sessions are offered online across the UK and internationally.
We pause at intervals to reflect on how the work is going — what feels helpful, what may be shifting, and whether anything needs to change. When the time comes to end, we approach that thoughtfully and collaboratively too.
This might be the right fit.
