One session.Real impact.
You don't need weeks of therapy for something meaningful to shift.
Sometimes, one focused conversation is enough to bring clarity, direction, or a different way of seeing things.
A complete experiencein its own right
Single Session Therapy is a structured, intentional form of therapy where we work together in one stand-alone session, with the understanding that this may be the only time we meet.
There is no expectation to commit to ongoing therapy. The work is focused, collaborative, and shaped around what feels most important to you in that moment.
This approach is grounded in the idea that meaningful change does not always require a long process. When we engage fully with what is present — your thoughts, emotions, and experience — even a single session can open space for insight, clarity, and movement.
At the start of the session, we gently clarify what you would like to focus on. From there, we explore what is happening for you, make sense of your experience, and begin to identify what might support you moving forward.
My role is not to direct or prescribe, but to work alongside you — offering reflection, perspective, and a space where you can think more clearly and feel more grounded in your next steps.
Some people find one session is enough. Others return at different points in their lives. There is no expectation either way.
Is this the rightfit for you?
Single Session Therapy may be helpful if you:
You do not need to be in crisis. A single session can be a meaningful starting point, a moment of clarity, or simply a space to think.

A 90-minute sessiondesigned around you
A single-session therapy appointment lasts 90 minutes and is designed to make the most of our time together — offering both space and focus, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
If we haven't worked together before, I may send a short pre-session questionnaire. This helps me understand what you'd like to bring, and whether this format feels right for your needs. If it seems that another form of support might be more appropriate, I will let you know. Otherwise, we go ahead with the session at a time that works for you.
We begin by gently exploring what has brought you here and what feels most important to focus on. You don't need to have this clearly defined — we shape this together.
We spend time exploring what is happening for you — your thoughts, feelings, and any patterns or experiences connected to it. This is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of your experience. I may offer reflections, ask questions, or gently challenge where helpful, always guided by what feels meaningful for you.
Towards the end of the session, we begin to bring things together. This may include:
The aim is for you to leave with a greater sense of clarity, direction, or steadiness.
You are welcome to take notes during the session, and I may offer brief reflection points afterwards if helpful. Some people find one session is enough. Others choose to return at a later point. There is no expectation either way — the choice remains entirely yours.
